This solar ground screw anchor is manufactured from high-strength Q235B carbon steel with integrated spiral helical blades, processed by full hot-dip galvanizing treatment. The uniform zinc coating thickness reaches over 85μm, forming a zinc-iron alloy protective layer that delivers outstanding anti-rust, anti-salt spray, acid & alkali corrosion performance, adapting to coastal salt marsh, desert, saline soil, frozen ground and other harsh complex terrain.
With a special spiral blade structure, the anchor can be directly screwed into soil with rotary installation machines without excavation, concrete pouring or long curing period. The spiral blades tightly lock with surrounding soil to deliver strong vertical bearing and anti-pull capacity, effectively resisting strong wind, snow pressure and horizontal displacement. We support full customization: pile length, pipe diameter, wall thickness, helix quantity, flange size and top connecting structure can be tailored to match different PV mounting frames and geological conditions. Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Cutting
The length of welded pipe is 6 meters andthe welded pipe need to be cut by sawingmachine according to customer's need.
Step 2: Heating
Putting ground screw to high frequencyheating machine and make ground screwbe soft so that ground scew can beshaping.
Step 3: Shrinking
Using shrinkage machine to change theshape and diameter of ground screw.
Step 4: Punching
Using punching machine to do a hole orother for ground screw.
Step 5: Welding
The spiral blade of ground screw will bewelded by automatic welding machine.
Step 6: Galvanizing
The surface treatment is acid picking andhot dip galvanizing.
